Sterling Track is the platform layer of the partner programme: one workspace where approved partners organise customers, identify follow-up opportunities, manage inventory, access documentation and monitor commercial performance.
The platform grew from a simple observation — partners were running their Sterling business across spreadsheets, chat threads and inboxes. Track replaces that patchwork with modules built around how partner businesses actually operate: CRM, opportunities, supply, finance, rewards and verification.
Verification deserves a special mention. The same batch register that powers the public Verify tool is embedded directly in Track, so a partner can resolve a reference and retrieve its documentation without leaving their workflow.
